A starting point - adjust to your beans.
The flat bed and the three small holes even out a wobbly pour, which makes this the easier of the two pour-overs to repeat.
How to go about it
Rinse the wave filter and seat it flat in the dripper.
Bloom in the centre, then pour in small additions close to the bed.
Keep the water level low and steady rather than filling it up.
