With milk
Café Bombón
Espresso layered over condensed milk, in equal measure.
- Ratio
- 1:1
- Milk
- 30-40 ml
- Yield
- 30-40 g
A starting point - adjust to your beans.
Condensed milk is heavier than coffee, so the layers hold on their own as long as you pour slowly.
How to go about it
Put the condensed milk in a small clear glass first.
Pour the espresso gently over the back of a spoon so it sits on top.
Serve it unstirred - the two layers are the point.
